Our 14-Day Syndicate Exchange Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your drop. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, undamaged, and in perfect original condition.
  • The item is not a customized product (e.g., custom name prints).

Returns Process

  1. Send an email to support@leonidadrops.com with your order number.
  2. You will receive a return slip and the return address from us.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us (return shipping costs are borne by the buyer).
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will immediately refund the purchase amount or send the exchange item.

Damaged Deliveries or Print Errors

If a package is damaged during Xpress shipping or there is a printing error, contact us immediately at support@leonidadrops.com with a photo of the damage. We will send you a new replacement product free of charge immediately!
