1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for Print-on-Demand items concluded between you as a customer and Leonida Drops via our online store.

2. Conclusion of Contract & On-Demand Production

The presentation of our merch items (Wall Art, Phone Cases, Apparel, Mousepads) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking "Place Order" in the checkout, you are making a binding order. The contract is concluded upon receipt of our automatic order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are in US Dollars ($). Xpress shipping costs are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout before the order is completed.

4. Delivery & Xpress Shipping

Delivery is carried out by our print partners directly to the delivery address you specify via Xpress shipping. The estimated delivery times are stated on the product page and at checkout. If an item cannot be delivered within the specified time frame due to production bottlenecks, we will inform you immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Exchange Guarantee

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Since print-on-demand products are manufactured to customer specifications, we also offer our voluntary 14-day Syndicate exchange guarantee (see Shipping & Returns).

6. Intellectual Property

Leonida Drops is an independent lifestyle brand inspired by video game culture. All original designs, logos, and website assets are the intellectual property of Leonida Drops. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
